With this transition, the S25 Ultra would be better positioned with competitors such as OnePlus and Google that have implemented higher resolution ultrawide camera on the most recent flagship devices. The rest part of the camera array is believed to comprise of 200 MP ISOCELL HP9 main sensor, 10 MP Sony sensor for 3x telephoto and additionally 50 MP Sony sensor for 5x telephoto.
