Yesterday, Chinese ODM Vivo has introduced the Vivo Y300 Pro in China as the follow-up to the Y200 Pro that came out in the first quarter of this year. This might not be too long since the last release but the Y300 pro has some improvements that set it as a mid-range Singapore smartphone to consider.
For most efficient performance, the company has equipped the Vivo Y300 Pro with a Qualcomm SM6, 640 Octa-core Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset and coupled it with 8 GB Ram and 128 GB internal storage in the base model. They can get additional power in the variants of up to 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. Furthermore, it is equipped with a more significant 6. 77 Inches OLED screen along with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 10-bit color depth and an even brighter haptic peak/frame brightness of 5000 nits.
Enhanced Camera and Battery Capabilities
Another area that has gotten the Vivo Y300 Pro camera setup enhancements as well. The main camera has been changed to 50 MP f/1. 8 with sensor size of 1/1. 95” while the depth sensor 2 MP remains intact. Selfie lovers will like the enhanced 32 MP self-photographing lens with an aperture of f/2. 0. Further, with the Y300 Pro, Asus has provided an IP65 rating increasing site dust and water resistance. Starting at CNY 1,799 ($250) for the 8GB + 128GB model and going up to CNY 2,499 ($350) for the 12GB + 512GB model, the much hyped features and specifications of the Y300 Pro are quite competitively priced. At the moment being sold in China under the pre-order system, the Y300 Pro may quickly appear in other counties – for instance Indian – as did the original gadget.
