Exciting news from Niantic about the Max Out season, in Pokémon Go! Its all set to start on September 3 and go until December 3 with the introduction of Dynamax Battles – a new feature inspired by Pokémon Sword & Shield where trainers can meet and capture giant sized creatures.
From September 10 onwards gamers can enter Max Out Battles via Power Spots where they can face off against Dynamaxed Pokémon, like Bulbasaur and Charmander until September 15th rolls around! The lineup also features Squirtle Skovet and Wooloo well as their evolved forms and shiny versions.Trainers have the chance to capture these Pokémon during their encounters. Then unleash their power by Dynamaxing them in the midst of a Max Out Battle.
Galar Pokémon Join the Roster
In the Dynamax Battles and during the exciting “Max Out” season in the game world of Pokémon Sword and Shields Galar region there will be a selection of familiar faces making their appearance. Grookey and its evolutions Thawckey and Rillaboom; Scorbunny with Raboot and Cinderace by its side; as well, as Sobble evolving into Drizzile and ultimately Inteleon; not forgetting the elusive Dreepy line culminating in Dragapult! Through a captivating Special Research narrative filled with diverging pathways players will have the chance to bond with one of these beloved Galar starters as their loyal companion.
The Go Battle League is back, for the season and brings eleven unique cups for trainers to participate in this time around! Among these are the Galar Cups showcasing Sword & Shield Pokémon exclusively. The Catch Cup that limits Pokémon to those caught during the “Max Out” season only.There are also two Halloween Cups focusing on Poison,Bug,Ghost,Dark and Fairy type Pokémon.With a mix of raids and challenges lined up throughout the season trainers will have chances to grow their collections and showcase their battling prowess.
