Grand Theft Auto 6 Release Steady, PC Version Uncertain

Take-Two confirms Grand Theft Auto 6 on track for fall 2025.

Rockstar Games is set to release Grand Theft Auto 6 as planned in fall 2025 according to Take Two Interactives report. The company confirmed the scheduled release window mentioned in May 2024 during its Q1 FY2025 earnings announcement.

Fans of the Grand Theft Auto series can now relax knowing that the games development is proceeding smoothly. However there’s still no news, about a Grand Theft Auto 6 PC version. The omission of any reference to a PC release in Take Twos report has raised questions about whether players will have to wait to play the game on their platform similar to the situation, with Grand Theft Auto 5.

During the question and answer session of the investors call Take Two CEO Strauss Zelnick was questioned about the progress of Grand Theft Auto 6s development. Whether the game is close, to entering its testing phase. However Zelnick chose not to provide any details mentioning, “There’s no answer to that question and its not the type of information we typically share.”

As excited fans eagerly anticipate updates on this awaited title Take Twos upcoming quarterly report in November might shed some light on possible new information.
