Asus has recently unveiled its gaming PC, the ROG Ally X during the Computex 2024 event. The upgraded version of the ROG Ally, the ROG Ally X offers storage capacity, RAM and battery life setting a new benchmark for, on the go gaming.
The ROG Ally X showcases a design that sets it apart from its previous white model. However the real standout features are found internally. With a 1TB M.2 2280 SSD storage space for your game collection and expandable storage through a Micro SD Card slot along with a 24GB of LPDDR5 7500 RAM, for seamless multitasking and performance.
Enhanced Battery Life and Thermal Management

The latest upgrade, in the ROG Ally X that stands out is its 80Wh battery, which effectively addresses the battery life issues of its version. Asus has also added a vent to improve the devices cooling system ensuring a temperature drop of around 6 degrees Celsius on the panel.
Internally the ROG Ally X runs on the Windows 11 OS. Utilizes the AMD Z1 Extreme CPU chips as its predecessor. It boasts RNDA 3 AMD Radeon graphics and a vivid 7 inch LCD screen, with 1080p resolution and a high refresh rate of 120Hz supported by AMD FreeSync Premium technology.
