Ubisoft has just unveiled Operation New Blood, the season, for the tactical game Rainbow Six Siege. This fresh season is set to bring a host of updates and additions to the gameplay enriching the experience for all players. Whether they are newbies or seasoned veterans.
A major highlight of Operation New Blood is the debut of two Operators, Striker and Sentry. These characters are inspired by the versatile ‘Recruit’ persona. Are crafted to offer customization options. Acting as Swiss Army Knife” Operators they may not have skills but will provide players with a diverse selection of gadgets and weaponry to tackle different challenges, on the battlefield.
Marketplace Launch and Ecosystem Improvements

Rainbow Six Siege will introduce Operators along, with the rollout of the in game Marketplace. However only players who have activated two factor authentication (2FA) and attained a Level 25 (LL25) account will be able to access the Marketplace. This step is taken to ensure a trading environment for the games community.
Moreover Ubisoft has focused on enhancing the onboarding and training aspects within Rainbow Six Siege. The addition of an “Endless Drill” feature will allow players to warm up effectively before diving into matches. Additionally improvements have been made to the games cheat and player protection systems by collaborating with platforms, like Steam and utilizing VAC ban mechanisms to deter malicious players from creating multiple accounts that could disrupt others gaming experiences.
