Fans who have been eagerly anticipating the launch of the city building simulation game Cities Skylines 2, on consoles will need to exercise a bit patience. According to an update shared on the community forum the development team has announced<\/a> a delay in the scheduled October 2024 release timeframe for the console version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main reason cited for this delay is that the game has not yet reached the development teams standards for “stability and performance.” The developers have acknowledged the existence of issues that could potentially hinder the player experience<\/a>.
