Swedish company Embracer Group<\/a>, famous, for its range of gaming series is going through a reorganization. They announced plans to split into three entities, each with a focus on different aspects of the gaming industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leading the revamped organization will be Embracer itself now known as Middle earth Enterprises & Friends. This division will oversee franchises, like Tomb Raider, Dead Island and The Lord of the Rings. The rest of the portfolios will be divided between two spin offs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As, per the Embracer leadership this change will unlock possibilities by empowering teams to work independently. Shareholders are also expected to gain from a variety of investment<\/a> opportunities.
