Arrested Former Ubisoft Executives<\/strong> have become the focal point of a significant development in the gaming industry. As part of this inquiry 50 current and former Ubisoft employees were interviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although Hasco\u00ebt Fran\u00e7ois and others have been detained for questioning purposes no formal charges have been announced yet. According to the laws, in France individuals who are suspected of committing a crime can be detained for up to 24 hours without being charged. The legal representatives and judicial court in Bobigny, France have been contacted for their opinions on this matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After leaving the police station Maude Beckers<\/a>, the attorney representing the victims issued a statement. She highlighted that the problems at Ubisoft extend, beyond wrongdoing and reflect a profound issue of “systemic sexual violence.” When asked for comment Ubisoft stated that they were not aware of details and therefore could not provide information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
