MySims Making a Comeback on Nintendo Switch After 17 Years

In a twist EA is reviving the favorite MySims, for the Nintendo Switch making a comeback 17 years after its initial debut. This beloved offshoot of The Sims franchise, recognized for its Mii inspired characters and playful gameplay is poised to captivate an audience on Nintendos gaming platform.

Rumors of MySims resurgence initially emerged from leaked online store listings suggesting a release date of November 19. While specific details remain unofficial insiders familiar with the project have confirmed that the development of MySims, for the Switch is indeed underway and will be released soon.

A Nostalgic Revival

MySims first came out in 2007 on the Wii and DS capturing players attention with its mix of town construction and character personalization. Players were given the task of breathing life into a town by collecting resources, unlocking blueprints and creating structures. The MySims series gave rise, to spin off sequels each with its themed twist like the medieval MySims; Kingdom and the vehicle centric MySims; Racing.
