HoYoverse plans to launch Genshin Impact 5.0 named “Flowers Resplendent, on the Sun Scorched Sojourn ” on August 28 2024. This upcoming update will unveil Natlan, the nation in Teyvat offering players the chance to team up with new characters and Saurians. Genshin Impact 5.0 is poised to bring players a journey brimming with adventures and improved systems.
Exciting additions await players in Genshin Impact 5.0 including three characters; Mualani, a 5 star Hydro catalyst user; Kinich, a 5 star Dendro wielder; and Kachina, a 4 star Geo polearm bearer. Players can recruit Kachina into their party for free upon completing the act of the Natlan Archon Quest. The Event Wishes will showcase Mualani and Kachina in the initial phase banner, alongside Kaedehara Kazuhas return, while Kinich and Raiden Shogun will be featured in the subsequent phase banner.
Exploring Natlan and Saurian Indwellings
In the Genshin Impact 5.0 update players will get the chance to delve into three of Natlans six tribes; the Children of the Echoes Scions of the Canopy and People of the Springs. Each tribe will come with a captivating three part questline that can be accessed through their Obsidian Totem Pole. These quests will offer insights, into the tribes culture, warriors and customs. Additionally players can engage in Bounties and Supply Notices to earn Reputation EXP and exciting rewards.
A standout feature in Genshin Impact 5.0 is the ability for players to explore Natlan while embodying forms. With options like Tepetlisaurus, Yumkasaurus and Koholasaurus at their disposal each Saurian form brings abilities that aid in both exploration and combat. Moreover this update will bring system enhancements including /mid game access to Natlan, special bonuses from Archon Quests for a limited time improvements to artifact enhancements, as well as upgrades, to the Character and Weapon Event Wish systems.
