Playtonic Friends has just announced the launch date, for their retro inspired roguelike game, Elsie. Scheduled to debut on the Nintendo Switch eShop on September 10th, 2024 this paced action platformer promises a gaming adventure.
Elsie merges striking art with vivid neon hues to construct an enchanting realm. Players will embody the character of Elise, an android crafted by Dr. Grey tasked with protecting the planet from invaders that drove her inventor away from her Neotoño abode. Equipped with a parry system and a variety of weapons, abilities and enhancements players will traverse through generated levels by running, shooting and leaping their way, to victory.

Elsie stands out for its replay value offering players an array of weapons, abilities and enhancements to experiment with and combine.
