Based on insights, from Amazon staff the report implies that the company might have missed the chance to lead in the field of AI. Despite unveiling a LLM powered version of Alexa during last years autumn hardware event the updated assistant has not yet been widely released beyond a limited trial run.
Alexa’s Struggle to Adapt
